Commission management / invoicing
This is probably the most extensive module at Partnerplace. With it, you can manage commissions at scale - it is tool that will allow you or your finance team to both calculate and cross-check the leads they should pay for. As the module has a lot of hidden features, make sure to read the full page.
This module will save you approx. 2h of work every month.

Know who to pay how much (and when)
Once the module is turned on, it will automatically take all your leads in "Ready for Payment" or "Recurring payment" stages and add them to a new "Invoicing" tab. The lead will be added to the "sale" month, as well as all the next months, so that you don't have to keep track.
We've included the estimated yearly value, the commission type and a calculation of how much it should be. As the final commission typically depends on the invoices, we gave you the option to accept or edit the final value. You can either do it yourself or invite your finance team as a user.
Once you accept all leads for a given partner, he will be notified he can share his invoice with you (also via the platform). Oh, and did I mention we made the columns editable, to make it more readable?
Elastic as our platform
Things happen. Leads get shifted. Contracts change. This is why you can make each lead inactive (will not be paid out in the next settlement periods) or move it to the next month/quarter/etc.
Did I mention you can set the settlement period for each partner individually? Monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly - all is possible.
Partner transparency
Trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. We are big supporters of keeping things transparent with the partners. This is why they also have an "Commissions" tab where they can see how much was originally estimated, how much are they getting paid and for what.
They even get to see the comments and are able to upload their invoices to the Partnerplace platform.
